ALLOY ADDITIVES
ZBMA offer a variety of alloy
additives including manganese (AD-75Mn), ferrous (AD-75Fe), copper
(AD-75Cu), chromium (AD-75Cr), Nickel (AD-75Ni) and titanium
(AD75-Ti). By adding alloy additives the metal content in aluminium
alloy can be dosed and adjusted thereby to meet the requirement of
metal level and to enhance quality of alloy .

Advantages: -easy to handle and use -high rate
of metal extraction -low pollution Usage
Instruction: Alloy additives can be direct added into
melting furnace or holding furnace before refining stage. To achieve
high rate of metal extraction, the temperature requirement to add
alloy additives in melting aluminium alloy is 740C +(-) 10C due to
Alloy Additives are sensitive to temperature (particular AD75-Mn).
Package & Storage: 500g/ piece or
2kg/bag or 20kg/carton Store in a dry and cool place
Boriding
Agent-BF-70 There are microelements ( Fe, Cu, Mn)
existing in aluminium which decrease conductivity. To minimise this
influence , BF-70 is used as Boriding treatment in smelting of
aluminium which e nhance
strength and electric conductivity in aluminium and aluminium
alloy. There is over 6.5% Boron content in BF-70 with over 95%
rate of Boron extraction . Usage
Instruction: BF-70 loaded in refinement gabion is put
into melting aluminium ( covered with Covering flux) and dragged
evenly at 720C after refining and desalgging , BF-70 in power form
can be sprayed into melt at 720C. The 0.15% of total aluminium
melt weight is recommended . Package &
